This session replaces the service on Friday afternoons at the Moat House Leisure & Neighbourhood Centre in Wood End.  Advice at the Moat House will now be available on Mondays (9.30am to 12.00 noon) and Tuesdays (9.30am to 12.00 noon) only.

Full details of all our drop-in services across the city can be found here.

Benefits and tax credits are changing

The governments welfare reforms are having a big impact on people in the city.

The City Council, voluntary and community groups and Housing Associations in Coventry are working together to support people affected by welfare reform.  We have jointly published a leaflet that aims to help people to take control of their circumstances and to find a way forward.

You can download the leaflet here.

Website updated

We have launched a fully updated version of our website today.  This includes the beta version of a calendar, showing our advice sessions in real time, maps and other additional content.

Hopefully you will find it easier to get the information you need.
