If you want to see one of our advisers, you can come along to one of our ‘drop-in’ advice sessions (no appointment needed) or you can contact us by phone or email and we can discuss whether an appointment might be available.
Please note that our adviser is normally only able to see a small number of people at each ‘drop-in’ session. We see people on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis. We may have to ask you to come back another day once our session is full.
Please note that you will normally need to make an appointment if you need help with benefit claim or enquiry forms.

Our advice calendar can help you find where and when our ‘drop-in’ advice sessions are running. Just choose the date you want and ‘hover’ over the location – you will then see the full information about that advice session including the time, address and a link to further information including a map.
The calendar is updated regularly but sometimes sessions can change at very short notice due to circumstances beyond our control. You can view our standard weekly timetable but you may wish to call us in advance to confirm that a session is running, especially if you are travelling any distance.
If you come to one of our advice sessions please try to bring all paperwork relating to your problem (e.g. letters, bills, etc.). Please note that we may not be able to help with your problem in just one visit and we may need to make you an appointment to come back on another day.
