Video advice – financial independence

This film has been created to ​support youth with learning disabilities think about what financial independence could mean for them. Managing your money, making good financial decisions and being all round financially independent are difficult for everyone, but having a learning disability can make it more challenging. Financial independence is the right to have and control your own money.

This film was created by students of Warwick Law School as part of a’ ‘Public Legal Education’ module in collaboration with Grapevine Coventry and Warwickshire with the support of Coventry Independent Advice Service and the RIPPLE Project at Central England Law Centre.
