Changes to Privacy Notice and Website Terms of Use

We’ve made updates to our Privacy Notice. This covers how your data is collected, used, and stored, and gives you a fuller picture of your rights and the choices you can make.

We have also updated our Website Terms of Use. This sets the rules for browsing and using the site.

Changes to both notices take effect immediately.

Benefit Calculator and PIP helper

We are pleased to launch a new benefit calculator and a guide to claiming Personal Independence Payment (PIP). Both have been supplied by Turn2us, a national charity offering information and practical help to people facing financial insecurity.

You can find the calculator and the PIP helper in the get advice dropdown of our website.

There have been a couple of changes to our service that we want to tell you about.

  • From Wednesday 1st October, our Personal Independence Payment (PIP) clinics will move to Foleshill Community Centre.
  • From Tuesday 7th October, we will open a new appointment-only advice service at John White Community Centre in Binley.

Please see our get advice page for full details of all our advice services.
