Advice in Holbrooks – update

We have been informed that our sessions in Holbrooks will be moving back to the usual venue, Holbrooks Community Care Association on Holbrook Lane, from Tuesday 6th December 2016.

Due to continuing building works, and the move back to the original venue, there will be no advice sessions in Holbrooks on:

  • Tuesday 29th November (morning); and
  • Wednesday 30th November (evening)

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.  Please note that our other advice sessions across the city are not affected.

To avoid any confusion, we suggest you check with us before travelling to advice sessions in Holbrooks over the next few weeks.  You can call us on 024 7652 1100 or email info@covadvice.org.uk.

Phone issues

There is currently a problem with us receiving calls from mobile phones on the ‘3’ network.  We have reported it to ‘3’ and they have said that their engineers are working to fix a problem in the Coventry area.  They say that this problem may not be fully resolved until 20th November.

If you are trying to call us, and keep getting an ‘engaged’ tone, please try calling us from another number if possible. Unfortunately, this problem is totally beyond our control.

From Monday 3rd October 2016, and then every Monday from there on, advice will be available between 9.00am and 11.30am at Richard Lee Children’s Centre, The Drive, Coventry CV2 5FU.  You do not need an appointment.

The Children’s Centre is part of the Richard Lee School buildings.  Thank you to Richard Lee Children’s Centre for hosting our advice service and for their continued support.
