We are really pleased to announce that we are launching a new advice service in the Stoke Aldermoor area.
From Thursday 14th April 2016 an adviser will be at the Aldermoor Life Centre on Round House Road every Thursday from 9.30-12 noon. No appointment is needed – just ‘drop-in’!
This new session means that we are now offering ‘drop-in’ advice services in eleven areas of Coventry. Full details of all our drop-in services across the city can be found here.
Developed by the advice and technology charity Lasa, socialcareinfo is a new web tool designed to help people find details of the social care support available to them locally; national information about their rights and entitlements; and details of local independent advice organisations.

From Friday 22nd January 2016, you will be able to get advice at our new ‘drop-in’ advice session at Richard Lee Children’s Centre in Wyken.
An adviser will be available between 9.00 am until 11.30 am. No appointments are needed.
This additional service means that we are now offering ‘drop-in’ services in ten areas of Coventry. Full details of all our drop-in services across the city can be found here.
Our drop-in advice services will open as normal up to, and including, Tuesday 22nd December 2015. After that our service availability will be as follows:

From Friday 6th November, you will be able to get advice at our new ‘drop-in’ advice session at Bell Green library. An adviser will be available between 1.30 pm until 4.00 pm – no appointments are needed. You can also get advice at Bell Green library on Thursdays (9.30am to 12.00 noon).
This session replaces the service on Friday afternoons at the Moat House Leisure & Neighbourhood Centre in Wood End. Advice at the Moat House will now be available on Mondays (9.30am to 12.00 noon) and Tuesdays (9.30am to 12.00 noon) only.
